Christina McGrath Fair, Ph.D., LMHC

Christina McGrath Fair (she/her) is a Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor in Counselor Education at Florida International University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in Florida. She has a wide range of clinical experience in various settings including residential, community, school-based, college, and private practice. Specialty areas include LGBTQ+ issues, sexual wellness, and women’s issues. Christina earned her PhD in Counseling and Counselor Education from the University of Florida in 2019. Her primary research interests include sexual culture, social justice in counseling, and supervision. Christina is active in leadership roles in the Florida Counseling Association (Florida ALGBTIC) and Counselors for Social Justice.

Veronica Wanzer, Ph.D., LCPC

Veronica M. Wanzer, PhD, LCPC, aka, Dr. V, a native New Yorker, has served as a counselor and clinical supervisor in Maryland for over seven years. In 2018, Dr. V graduated with a doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from Walden University. Her dissertation focused on counselor competence with gender diverse clients. Immediately following graduation, she began her journey as a counselor educator teaching in both Online and traditional Master’s-level counseling programs across the country, engaging with counseling students worldwide! Dr. V’s research interests include social justice, counselor competence, counselor professional identity, self-care, and racialized trauma. She is actively engaged in various research projects and publication efforts.
